Thank you Coach Scofray for this powerful 6th mentoring and coaching session, I learned a lot and I feel empowered in my growing journey as a coach.

Scofray's session was highly productive and engaging in several ways. He took his time to run me through the structure, plan and expected outcomes. He created a welcoming and open environment, encouraging active participation and honest dialogue. What stood out the most was the personalized approach. Scofray took the time to understand my unique context and tailored the discovery session, accordingly providing great insights and feedback.

Today was my first session and it was very helpful. The coach used analogies to clearly explain the concepts he talked about and I learnt a lot. I’m looking forward to the rest of the sessions.

Today's session did focus on overcoming my fears, Integrity, self love, self sufficiency and satisfaction. During the session, many questions came up making me realise that there's a lot I have do for myself before I will be able to give same or better to
others, after the session I couldn't move for about 45min just sitting and reflecting on myself, my family at large.
Indeed everything we discussed made me realise that, there's a need for improvement.

This was a great session and I feel grateful for it. I am looking forward to start my journey of mentoring with Scofray
