at first i didnt now what was going on untill the questions that seemed coming from heaven started coming from mr Scofray and uhmmmm these questions triggered my thinking soo deeply , I started seeing my self at certain level of leadership and guess what ,am no longer the other Happy in leadership ,the sessions were always enjoyable and trickling .I was always checking for the next sessions because all never left me the same. Thank you Mr. Scofray for the coaching sessions.

This has been revolutionary for me. I have always worked on tranforming my leadership but kept moving in circles until i did this coaching. Its is so stimulating and empowering, very different from many leadership support programs we have had. I have learnt a lot from both the coach and colleagues and I am very grateful.
